Bombay Studios is a young and fast-growing B2B boutique high-roller casino company specialising in Live Dealer Studio operations. Our aim is to deliver the best customer experience in the market by offering different table games such as Baccarat as well as various game shows hosted in a variety of languages to our VIP customers. We belong to the Yolo Group (formerly the Coingaming Group) brings next-level innovation to the worlds of gaming, fintech, blockchain and more.

Our first live casino entertainment studio was established in Tallinn in April 2020 and today we have more than 130 people working for us. But we have big plans, soon we are about to open a new business and enter into the hospitality sphere. Knowing our DNA, there surely will be a lot of things coming up. 

To be able to support all of our growth plans we are now looking for a dedicated recruitment enthusiast to jump on board and to help us to find the best talent to jointly fulfill our mission. You will be part of a centric People team but belong directly to the dedicated HR team to focus on all people-related topics in Bombay Studios in Estonia.

 

✍️ What will you be doing?

  • Finding & creating relationships with the talent. This will be the core of your job - to find people who are interested in joining us through full-cycle recruitment. That’s right you will be creating the job advertisements, attracting the talent, conducting interviews, helping with the selection and closing the hiring. You will be the key partner for our managers. 
  • Employer branding activities. In order to attract the right candidates, we need to make sure that we are well-known as an employer, are out there in the right channels and speak with our target group in all markets. You will be the key person who will help us to create a strategy how to achieve that and implement it together with the team. 
  • Super-admin to our ATS. You will be using our ATS system Teamtailor for all recruitment-related activities. Making sure that all the data is correct, providing reports for the key stakeholders where necessary etc. 
  • Strong partnership. To be successful in this role, you need to create strong and meaningful relationships with all the key stakeholders, including managers, the central People team etc.

In short, your role is to provide the best candidate experience for our potential new employees through different activities.

 

✔️ Who are we looking for?

  • First and foremost we are looking for a good cultural fit. We need to see and feel that you have the same DNA as the rest of our people. You are someone who the business can count on and you have the drive to help us to make our plans come true.
  • You are open-minded and have a can-do attitude. Recruitment is not an easy task, the market is very competitive and hot which makes finding the right talent hard. You need to be creative and solution-oriented to be able to tackle this challenge in the right way. 
  • Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment is very beneficial, especially working in an international customer-facing environment. 
  • We have an international and diverse working environment, therefore you need to have excellent English skills (both written and oral). 
  • Our headquarter and the majority of people are located in Estonia, therefore knowledge of local labor law and best practices is highly valued. 
  • We are moving fast, so being comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment where the plans are constantly changing and new ideas are coming alive fast is important.
