As a Social Media Manager for our Bitcasino brand, you’ll be an essential part of the Marketing team, taking responsibility for discussing, planning, implementing, analysing and optimising all social media activities for the #1 licensed bitcoin casino in the world.

Additionally, you’ll be key in the social execution of our global partnerships & influencers in the casino & esports space!

✍️ Your daily tasks will be

  • Taking responsibility on a daily level of the Social Operations Team to ensure all content, CRM & personal messages are optimized for Social Media & trackable. You guarantee all communication upholds our image and reflects our Tone of Voice & values;
  • Coordinating daily with key internal stakeholders, such as the Brand’s Marketing Manager, Acquisition and Retention Managers & Brand Communications to ensure a holistic social media execution;
  • Overseeing a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule and keeping up to date with the latest esports calendar & social media trends;
  • Managing and increasing customer engagement with all social media platforms for Bitcasino & Bitcasino Esports;
  • Managing third-party social execution on a daily level. You ensure third parties are aware of company objectives and will execute accordingly. You make sure third parties are provided with all necessary information & assets;
  • Ensuring Business-As-Usual posting on partner Social Media channels is executed flawlessly and aligns with both parties’ objectives.
  • Guaranteeing messaging is streamlined between owned & earned social media channels;
  • Guarding a clear set of Social KPIs (Growth, Engagement, Sentiment, ...) & Commercial KPIs (Clicks, Regs, FTDs) to be met and measured against available metrics and platform analytics;
  • Managing analytics to track social media engagement, analyse campaign effectiveness to guide strategy and produce management reporting.

✔️ What we expect from you

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, coordinating content and managing social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok & Twitch
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Social Media Business tools, MicroStrategy and Iconosquare
  • Experience working daily with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Natural leadership qualities and an ability to communicate well
  • Fluent English language skills: written and spoken. A strong interest in casino & esports are required for this role
  • Prior working experience with global esports teams is a plus.
